Cancelling or moving a clean
Free with 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, we may charge 50% of the clean. Regular plans can be paused at any time.
Deposits
Regular plans need no deposit. One-off and end-of-lease cleans need a 20% deposit to hold the date. It comes off the final price, and we refund it if you cancel with 24 hours’ notice.
Keys and access
Be home, leave a key in a lockbox, or share a door code. We label keys with a code, never your address, and lock them away.
Our guarantee
Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it free. End-of-lease cleans have a 72-hour window.
Pets
Pets are welcome. Tell us about them when you book. Please keep them in another room while we clean.
Supplies
We bring all supplies and equipment. Prefer your own products? Leave them out and tell us.
